circ-PSD3 overexpression was positively associated with larger tumor size, TNM stage, and lymph node metastasis; circ-PSD3 may be a potential diagnostic biomarker, prognostic biomarker, or molecular treatment target for PTC.
circ-PSD3 is upregulated in human PTC tissues and cell lines and is associated with larger tumor size, advanced TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, and poor clinical prognosis. Functionally, circ-PSD3 promotes PTC cell proliferation and invasion by sponging miR-7-5p and increasing METTL7B expression, suggesting diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic potential.
