Description:

circATXN7 is up-regulated in gastric cancer tissues and cell lines and shows oncogenic effects by promoting proliferation/invasion and inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically, it acts as a ceRNA sponge for miR-4319 to derepress ENTPD4 (circATXN7/miR-4319/ENTPD4 axis), and its knockdown suppresses xenograft tumor growth and metastasis signals.
