circRNA_103615 is upregulated in NSCLC tissues and cell lines. Its knockdown suppresses proliferation, migration, invasion and cisplatin resistance while promoting apoptosis, at least partly by reducing ABCB1 expression; ABCB1 overexpression rescues cisplatin resistance.
