circNR3C1 (from NR3C1) is down-regulated in bladder cancer and suppresses tumor proliferation/tumorigenesis. It binds BRD4 in the nucleus, disrupts the BRD4-C-myc promoter complex, downregulates C-myc and downstream EZH2 transcription, thereby inhibiting BC progression.
