circFN1 (hsa_circ_0058124) is upregulated in HCC tissues and sorafenib-resistant HCC cells, and its high expression predicts poorer overall survival. Functionally, circFN1 promotes proliferation and sorafenib resistance while inhibiting sorafenib-induced apoptosis, at least partly by sponging miR-1205 to increase E2F1 expression. |
