Description:

circPDK1 is up-regulated in RCC tissues and cell lines and promotes RCC cell migration, invasion, and lung metastasis in a xenograft model. Mechanistically, circPDK1 localizes mainly in the cytoplasm and acts as a ceRNA sponge for miR-377-3P, thereby increasing NOTCH1 expression and enhancing metastatic behavior.
