circ102049 is up-regulated in CRC with liver metastasis and predicts poor survival. It promotes CRC cell adhesion/migration/invasion and liver metastasis mainly by sponging miR-761 and miR-192-3p to increase FRAS1, and it also binds DGCR8 to alter its localization, indirectly affecting miR-761/miR-192-3p maturation.
