circ-PGAP3 is up-regulated in TNBC tissues and promotes TNBC cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis in vitro and in vivo. It mainly localizes to the cytoplasm and functions as a ceRNA by sponging miR-330-3p, thereby increasing Myc expression. High circ-PGAP3 correlates with aggressive clinicopathological features and worse patient survival. |
