Description:

circSEC31A is up-regulated in NSCLC tissues and cell lines and promotes malignant phenotypes (migration, invasion, glycolysis, and tumor growth) while inhibiting apoptosis. It mainly localizes to the cytoplasm and functions as a ceRNA by sponging miR-376a, thereby relieving miR-376a-mediated repression of SEC31A.
