Description:

circTTBK2 is up-regulated in glioma and associated with poorer patient survival. Functionally, circTTBK2 promotes proliferation, migration/invasion, glycolysis and in vivo tumor growth while inhibiting apoptosis, mainly by sponging miR-145-5p to increase CPEB4 expression.
