Description:

circIQCH (hsa_circ_0104345), derived from IQCH, is upregulated in primary and metastatic breast cancer tissues and in breast cancer cell lines. Functionally, circIQCH promotes proliferation, migration and lung metastasis. Mechanistically, circIQCH acts as a ceRNA sponge for miR-145, thereby increasing DNMT3A (and associated decreases in PTEN/BRCA1), forming a circIQCH-miR-145-DNMT3A axis.
