Description:

circHIPK3 is upregulated in ccRCC and promotes proliferation and metastatic behaviors. Mechanistically, it acts as a cytoplasmic ceRNA that sponges miR-508-3p, thereby relieving repression of CXCL13 and enhancing CXCL13 expression. High circHIPK3 is associated with worse clinicopathological features and poorer overall survival.
