Description:

cMras is down-regulated in LUAD and functions as a tumor suppressor by inhibiting proliferation, migration, invasion and in vivo metastasis. Mechanistically, it acts as a miR-567 sponge to de-repress PTPRG, forming a cMras/miR-567/PTPRG regulatory axis.
