Description:

In gastric cancer models, circFBXL4 is downregulated by LSECtin and acts as a ceRNA sponge for miR-146a-5p, thereby relieving miR-146a-5p-mediated repression of STAT1. Through this circFBXL4/miR-146a-5p/STAT1 axis, circFBXL4 suppresses GC cell proliferation, migration and invasion and counteracts LSECtin-driven malignant behaviors.
