Description:

circ_0004630 is up-regulated in NSCLC tissues and cell lines, and high expression is associated with poorer survival. Functional knockdown experiments indicate that circ_0004630 promotes NSCLC proliferation, invasion, tumor growth, and glycolysis while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, cytoplasmic circ_0004630 acts as a miR-1208 sponge to upregulate LRRK2.
