Description:

circZNF609 is upregulated in hepatocellular carcinoma and is associated with poor clinical outcomes. Functionally, it promotes HCC cell proliferation/viability, migration and invasion while suppressing apoptosis, and it enhances tumor growth in a HepG2 xenograft model. Mechanistically, it acts as a ceRNA sponge for miR-324-3p to increase RAP2C expression.
