Functionally, circ_0000199 promotes OSCC cell proliferation and inhibits apoptosis, and is predicted to sponge miR-145-5p/miR-29b-3p to affect downstream targets (e.g., CPEB3, PAN2, RLIM, CFL2) and pathways including ECM-receptor interaction and TGF-beta signaling.
