Description:

circMMP11 is up-regulated in NSCLC tissues and high circMMP11 level predicts poorer patient survival. Functionally, circMMP11 promotes proliferation of NSCLC cells, at least in part by reducing miR-143 expression via increased miR-143 gene methylation.
