Description:

circ-ANXA7 is up-regulated in LUAD and promotes LUAD cell proliferation, migration and invasion and enhances tumor growth. Mechanistically, circ-ANXA7 sponges miR-331 to relieve repression of LAD1, forming a circ-ANXA7/miR-331/LAD1 axis. High circ-ANXA7 expression is associated with poorer overall survival and it serves as an independent prognostic factor.
