Description:

YY1-overexpressing M2 macrophages increase secretion of exosomes containing hsa-circ-0000326, which is transferred into prostate cancer cells and promotes migration, invasion, proliferation, EMT, and metastasis. Mechanistically, hsa-circ-0000326 acts as a miR-338-3p sponge to increase AR expression, while YY1 also promotes its biogenesis by enhancing MALAT1 transcription through a super-enhancer and upregulating QKI.
