Description:

circUHRF1 is up-regulated in human HCC tissues and cell lines, and high expression is associated with poor prognosis. Mechanistically, it recruits EIF4A3 to stabilize G9a and UHRF1 mRNAs, leading to PDLIM1 transcriptional inhibition and Hippo-YAP pathway activation.
