Description:

circ-IGF1R (hsa_circ_0005035) is down-regulated in NSCLC tissues and cell lines and its overexpression suppresses NSCLC cell migration and invasion. Mechanistically, it is proposed to inhibit Wnt/beta-catenin signaling via a circ-IGF1R/miR-1270/VANGL2 regulatory axis.
