Description:

circ-ATAD1 is up-regulated in NSCLC tissues and cells and its high expression is associated with advanced disease features and poor survival. Functionally, it promotes proliferation, migration, invasion, growth and metastasis of NSCLC cells while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, circ-ATAD1 acts as a ceRNA for miR-191-5p to increase FOXK1 expression.
