Description:

Circ-ZEB1 is up-regulated in HCC and associated with poor prognosis. Functionally, circ-ZEB1 promotes HCC cell proliferation and suppresses apoptosis, and its knockdown inhibits xenograft tumor growth. Mechanistically, circ-ZEB1 binds and depletes miR-199a-3p, relieving repression of PIK3CA and increasing PIK3CA mRNA/protein expression.
