Description:

circ_0109320 is up-regulated in NSCLC tissues and cell lines and is associated with advanced TNM stage/lymph node metastasis and worse overall survival. Functionally, circ_0109320 promotes NSCLC cell proliferation and invasion and inhibits apoptosis. Mechanistically, it acts as a ceRNA by sponging miR-595, thereby increasing E2F7 expression.
