Description:

circ-RNF111 is upregulated in paclitaxel-resistant breast cancer tissues/cells and promotes PTX resistance, proliferation-related behaviors (viability/colony formation), invasion, and glycolysis. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-140-5p to increase E2F3 expression, enhancing PTX resistance in vitro and in a nude-mouse xenograft model.
