hsa_circ_0001380 (derived from UBXN7) is significantly downregulated in PBMCs/peripheral blood of active pulmonary tuberculosis patients and shows strong diagnostic performance by ROC analysis (AUC 0.9502). Its miRNA binding (miR-622/miR-136-5p) and m6A sites were predicted in silico, but downstream targets and mechanisms were not experimentally validated.
