Description:

circ-ABCB10 is up-regulated in PTX-resistant breast cancer tissues/cells and promotes paclitaxel resistance. Functionally, its knockdown increases PTX sensitivity and apoptosis while reducing invasion and autophagy, and suppresses xenograft tumor growth. Mechanistically, circ-ABCB10 sponges let-7a-5p to relieve repression of DUSP7 (circ-ABCB10/let-7a-5p/DUSP7 ceRNA axis).
