High circ-SMARCA5 expression correlates with larger tumor size, higher tumor stage, LYN metastasis, and shorter DFS and OS; it is an independent predictive factor for worse DFS and OS.

Description:

In this retrospective cohort of bladder cancer patients, circ-SMARCA5 is up-regulated in tumor tissues and negatively correlated with miR-432. High circ-SMARCA5 expression associates with more aggressive clinicopathologic features and independently predicts shorter DFS and OS.
