Description:

circTADA2A is upregulated in NSCLC tissues and cell lines and promotes NSCLC cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. Mechanistically, it mainly localizes to the cytoplasm and acts as a miR-638 sponge to increase KIAA0101 expression, forming a circTADA2A/miR-638/KIAA0101 ceRNA axis. Clinically, higher circTADA2A is associated with advanced disease features and poorer overall survival, with ROC-supported diagnostic potential.
