Circ-PGAM1 is up-regulated in epithelial ovarian cancer and acts as an oncogenic circRNA. It sponges miR-542-3p (mutual negative feedback), leading to increased CDC5L and downstream PEAK1 transcription, which promotes malignant phenotypes and is associated with activation of ERK1/2 and JAK2 signaling.
