Description:

circATRNL1 is up-regulated in osteosarcoma tissues and cell lines and is associated with worse overall survival. It mainly localizes to the cytoplasm and promotes aerobic glycolysis and tumor progression by sponging miR-409-3p to increase LDHA expression, also reducing apoptosis; its knockdown suppresses xenograft tumor growth.
