Description:

circPCNX is up-regulated in HCC tissues and promotes HCC cell viability in vitro by acting as a miR-506 sponge, thereby increasing expression of miR-506 target oncogenes (e.g., Snail2 and YAP1). High circPCNX expression is associated with worse DFS and OS in HCC patients.
