| Associated gene: |
CCAAT enhancer binding protein gamma (CEBPG), formin like 3 (FMNL3) |
| Associated microRNA: |
miR-22, miR-150-3p |
| Biological function: |
Promotes EOC cell proliferation and confers cisplatin (DDP) resistance; knockdown inhibits proliferation and enhances DDP sensitivity; promotes tumor growth in vivo. |
| Molecular mechanism: |
Acts as a miRNA sponge for miR-22 and miR-150-3p, thereby positively regulating CEBPG and FMNL3 expression and promoting chemoresistance and proliferation. |

| Clinical significance: |
High serum exosomal circFoxp1 is associated with advanced clinical features, predicts survival and disease recurrence, and shows diagnostic value (ROC AUC=0.914). |
| Description: |
Circulating serum exosomal circFoxp1 is up-regulated in EOC, especially in cisplatin-resistant patients, and high levels predict poorer survival and recurrence. Functionally, circFoxp1 promotes proliferation and cisplatin resistance in vitro and in a xenograft model by sponging miR-22 and miR-150-3p, thereby increasing CEBPG and FMNL3 expression. |
