Description:

Cdr1as is down-regulated in cisplatin-resistant ovarian cancer tissues/cells and in serum exosomes from cisplatin-resistant patients. Functionally, Cdr1as increases cisplatin chemosensitivity by acting as a ceRNA sponge for miR-1270, thereby restoring SCAI expression to inhibit malignant phenotypes and reduce cisplatin resistance.
