circRNA-ARC1 is an AR-locus-derived circRNA whose level is differentially regulated by AR/Enzalutamide in prostate vs bladder cancer cells. It promotes invasion/metastasis by sponging miR-125b-2-3p and miR-4736, thereby modulating PPARGC1B/PDK1 and downstream PPARgamma-driven MMP-9 signaling; knocking down circRNA-ARC1 suppresses Enz-induced prostate cancer metastasis in vivo.
