Description:

circFAM114A2 is down-regulated in urothelial carcinoma of bladder and acts as a tumor suppressor. It sponges miR-762 in the cytoplasm to relieve repression of TP63/∆NP63, thereby inhibiting bladder cancer cell proliferation, migration, and invasion and suppressing xenograft tumor growth.
