Description:

circSEC62 is up-regulated in HCC, especially MVI-HCC, and its high expression is associated with poorer OS and RFS. It promotes HCC cell migration, invasion, EMT-like changes, and lung metastasis by sponging miR-625-5p, thereby increasing SNRPA expression and activating the NOTCH1/Snail pathway.
