Description:

circKDM1B is up-regulated in HCC tissues and cells and is associated with advanced tumor stage and poor overall survival. It promotes HCC progression by enhancing proliferation, migration, invasion and in vivo tumor growth while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, circKDM1B acts as a miR-1322 sponge to increase PRC1 expression, forming the circKDM1B/miR-1322/PRC1 regulatory axis.
