Circ-ANXA7 is up-regulated in DDP-resistant NSCLC tissues and cells and high expression is associated with poor overall survival. It promotes NSCLC progression and cisplatin resistance by sponging miR-545-3p to regulate CCND1, increasing proliferation, migration, invasion and resistance while suppressing apoptosis. Knockdown of circ-ANXA7 enhances DDP sensitivity and reduces xenograft tumor growth. |
