Description:

circAPLP2 is up-regulated in colorectal cancer tissues and cell lines and is associated with more advanced pathological stage. Functionally, circAPLP2 promotes CRC proliferation, migration, invasion, EMT, glycolysis and xenograft tumor growth while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, circAPLP2 acts as a ceRNA for miR-485-5p to increase FOXK1 expression, forming the circAPLP2/miR-485-5p/FOXK1 axis.
