Description:

circUBAP2 is up-regulated in bladder cancer and high expression is associated with poor overall survival and aggressive clinicopathological features. Functionally, circUBAP2 promotes BC cell proliferation, migration, invasion, aerobic glycolysis, and xenograft tumor growth while inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically, circUBAP2 acts as a ceRNA for miR-496 to up-regulate TOP2A.
