Description:

This study shows that exosomal circSLC26A4 is up-regulated in cervical cancer cell line-derived exosomes and in plasma exosomes from CC patients. Plasma exosomal circSLC26A4 demonstrates strong diagnostic potential (ROC analysis) and its higher levels are associated with lymph node metastasis and higher FIGO stage.
