Description:

Circ_0000502 is up-regulated in osteosarcoma tissues and cell lines and is associated with more severe clinicopathological features and poor overall survival. Functionally, it promotes OS cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and xenograft tumor growth while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, circ_0000502 acts at least partly by sponging miR-1238.
