circLDLRAD3 is downregulated in OSCC and functions as a tumor suppressor. It mainly localizes to the cytoplasm and sponges miR-558 to increase Smad4, thereby inhibiting TGF-beta-driven EMT and suppressing proliferation, migration, invasion, and metastasis.
