circNFIX is up-regulated in HCC tissues and cell lines, and high circNFIX expression is associated with poor overall survival. Mechanistically, circNFIX acts as a ceRNA for miR-3064-5p to enhance HMGA2 expression, supporting the circNFIX/miR-3064-5p/HMGA2 axis as a potential therapeutic target.
