Description:

circRNF13 is up-regulated in oral cancer tissues/cell lines and promotes proliferation, migration, tumor growth and cisplatin chemoresistance. Mechanistically, it binds the m6A reader RBP IGF2BP1 to inhibit ubiquitination-mediated degradation and enhance IGF2BP1 phase separation, which increases m6A-dependent stabilization of ITGB1 mRNA.
