Functionally, circ_0006427 acts as a tumor suppressor by inhibiting LUAD cell proliferation, migration, invasion, EMT, and in vivo tumor growth. Mechanistically, cytoplasmic circ_0006427 sponges miR-6783e3p/miR-6783-3p to upregulate DKK1 and thereby inactivate the Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway.
