Hsa_circ_0069094 is up-regulated in breast cancer tissues and cells and high expression is associated with poor survival and lymph node metastasis. Functional experiments show that hsa_circ_0069094 promotes proliferation, migration, invasion, glycolysis and tumor growth while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, it acts as a ceRNA by sponging miR-661 to regulate HMGA1.
