| Clinical significance: |
circLMNB2 had diagnostic value for LUAD and high circLMNB2 expression was associated with shorter survival time (poor prognosis). |
| Description: |
circLMNB2 is up-regulated in LUAD and functions as an oncogenic circRNA that promotes LUAD cell proliferation, migration and invasion. Mechanistically, PVT1 recruits the RBP EIF4A3 to facilitate circLMNB2 generation/expression, and circLMNB2 overexpression rescues the inhibitory phenotypes caused by PVT1/EIF4A3 knockdown. High circLMNB2 is associated with diagnostic value and poorer survival in LUAD. |
