Description:

In ccRCC, circFOXO3 is up-regulated and mainly localized in the cytoplasm. Functionally, circFOXO3 suppresses ccRCC cell proliferation, promotes apoptosis, and enhances NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity by sponging miR-29a-3p and miR-122-5p; its expression is transcriptionally upregulated by KLF16.
